The ultimate goal of INTERNATIONAL STEWARD is that each organization or church become self-sustaining through local funding. Because there is no quick fix to the challenges of the welfare system perpetuated by western generosity, full self-sustainability can take years. But the transformation in the life and character of the people is remarkable.

Specifically, INTERNATIONAL STEWARD looks to locate, train and mentor an individual who will assume responsibility for leading a regional or national movement toward local generosity and accountability.
